Local Sharpen runs in your browser. Selected images are decoded and processed locally with Canvas APIs and are not uploaded by that mode. AI 2x mode is separate and uploads only after you press Run AI 2x.

What we collect

We do not create public result pages or intentionally log image contents or filenames. Standard Vercel and RunPod service logs may include request metadata, timestamps, job IDs, status, runtime, IP address, and user agent for security, billing, and reliability.

Storage

The tool creates temporary browser object URLs for preview and download. They are revoked when you replace the image, reset the tool, or leave the page. We do not create public result pages.

Cloud AI 2x

AI 2x uploads a resized WebP copy of your image (up to about 1 megapixel) to RunPod only after you start processing. Metadata is removed before upload. RunPod processes the image temporarily and may keep the job result available for up to 30 minutes. We do not add permanent image storage or publish your results. RunPod may retain routine security and service logs under its own policy.
